Summer update

A BIG thank you to JoEllen Hedlund for her years of service on our board
and recently as our Executive Officer. JoEllen will be back at Tompkins
Trust Company on a part time basis, so stop by and say hi.

The TCBRA board is meeting monthly durring the summer. Please contact
us about joining in at our next board meeting where we would appreciate
your thoughts and input. We are engaging in an effort this summer to bring
a new Executive Officer on board and plan for the the 2010 home show.

Recently, Brook Greenhouse and Dean Shea attended the summer NYSBA
board meeting. The number one issue on the legislative agenda is the pro-
posed $7,000.00 NYS Home Buyers tax credit (A.7125 Assemblyman Vito
Lopez/S.3900 Senator Joseph Addabbo). Unlike the federal credit, this is

while there is still time in this session and ask them to get this winner passed!
